Service Options

PREMIER offers several options to manage the costs associated with the maintenance of your property.  From the basic Time and Material to the all inclusive Full Maintenance Contract, there is a program that will fit your financial needs.  We will work with you to ensure that the best program fits your property and needs.  

@  Time and Material

Costs for the work performed are charged by an hourly rate multiplied by the number of man hours worked plus the costs of any material used.  There can be limits set for this plan to not exceed a limit.  If the work is going to exceed the limit a Scope and Proposal plan would be implemented.  Otherwise this is the most streamlined plan to get the work completed in the least amount of time.

      

@ Scope and Proposal

Costs of the work would be presented to include all labor and material.  The proposal would be reviewed and approved prior to the commencement of work.  This process can be expedited, but typically delays the resolution of the problem.    In cases where the problem is non-emergency and/or non-comfort affecting this program works well to control the maintenance costs.

      

@  Maintenance Contracts

Costs for any work would be covered 100% for a fixed monthly cost.  The labor rates for issues outside the contract are discounted.  Exclusions apply and subject to the conditions of the contract.


@ Maintenance Credits

Costs for work are paid by Credits assigned to that property or Property Manager.  Each month a fixed amount is paid relating to a $1.00:$1.10 dollar value.  When service is completed the funds are drawn for the appropriate account.  For every $1  you pay into the fund you get a $1.10 credit.  The credits roll over from month to month.
